  This company has 0 communication with their clients. I have had my commercial auto insurance policy canceled twice by progressive, they failed to communicate anything to me, for months. They just let my policy get canceled without notifying me, and when i call them, they have all my information up and ready to go(they even told me "Looks like your current policy had been cancelled by progressive last month"). I have 3 available phone numbers and I received not 1 phone call. I'm not sure what they do exactly to call themselves an agency, I could have called progressive myself and saved more money anyways. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this place.
