  Business practices do not indicate that customers are a priority.
  
  Even at the end of the day when a last minute rush is taking place from customers trying to deposit or withdraw money after they get out of work, there is consistently only ONE teller working, despite there being long lines of 6+ people waiting in line, watching the single teller fuddle with her computer trying to work through a growing crowd of impatient people, while the manager and the other employees are socializing or seated at their desks anticipating a large NON EXISTENT rush of people trying to open accounts a few minutes before closing time.
  
  Managers of this branch need to be retrained or reexamined by chase corporate office. Absolutely horrendous branch with consistently horrendous service.

  So I am really trying to wrap my head around this one!!!! The bank itself would have a better rating if it wasn't for the experience today......matter of fact God bless my husband's kind heart! Me on the other hand feel quite offended!!!!! While standing in line, my husband who is black has asked a lady that worked there (a white women like myself) how long is the wait. She said 30 minutes....he asked her if she needs his name to put on a waiting list...her response was no as she wrote down on her piece of paper "black guy"
  Are you freaking kitting me????!!!!!!!!!!!! That "black guy" happens to be my husband!!!!!!! What kind of world do we live in??!! Speaking of professionalism!!!!! I have not yet approached the lady to confront her ...she was an older white lady with blond hair, blue sweater and black pants.... I have never went out my way to write any kind of review!!!! Frankly people make mistakes and have their days, BUT this is outright unacceptable!!!!!
