  Upon arrival the place was immaculate and beautiful. Was sure we will have an amazing stay. However when a couple of issues arose, we contacted Flamingo- have to say that they responded timely but I can not give more than 3 stars as the attitude we received was very standoffish. Extremely unfriendly and poor customer service. We were literally yelled at. Was dissapointed to say the least.

  Both Nussy and Rochel were a pleasure to work with so far. Very professional and helped us with all questions and were extremely accommodating...
  
  After our stay in January we will post a follow up again to let you know of our experience in the villa. I DO NOT DOUBT FOR A MOMENT THAT IT WOULD BE LESS THAN A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. On a 1-10 scale I'm confident they a would score a 15. Their service is up to par with the Ritz Carlton where they are extremely caring and customer service is SUPER with out flaws
