  The lanes here are crazy I was in line for 25mins before getting to a teller this is outrageous. Only 3 tellers working, 1 guy with an iPad, and a lady just standing. Tax season or not we/they need more tellers. And they need to go back to the forecast board and reevaluate there staffing issues. I withdraw money from the ATM and in need of smaller bills.
  We need/want management to do BETTER.
