  They pressure you to leave a good review in their iPad before you leave. So any good reviews you see here and more than likely made up on the spot. The guy hurts like hell as he tries to save on anesthetic. He told me I have 7 cavities and did the first 6 without any anasthetic (told me I wouldnt need it...hurt like hell). He injected me for the final one and I finally felt numb after about 45 minites...but when he started drilling I was back in hell. He carried on.
  
  Shortly after all of my teeth ached again but I could never bring myself to go back to get them fixed because I had already spent my available funds the first time around. I've been to dentists all around the world, including the middle east...and never have I felt pain like this from such a simple procedure.
